| Quo Vadis Planners have their name bolded on the first printed page e.g. Executive, Prenote, Trinote., etc. Exacompta planners have their name printed on top of the first printed page e.g. Space 17, Space 24, Daily Pocket,etc. If you're not sure what size you have, e-mail us at questions@quovadisusa.com; we'll be happy to help you.

It's easiest to make sure you order by name, look at your current planner and if it’s an Exacompta Planner the particular type will have its name printed on the top of the first printed page. For Quo Vadis the particular type will be printed in Bold on the first printed page.

Yes! QuoVadisUSA.com ships everywhere in the United States including P.O. Boxes and Military addresses. However we do not ship internationally.

| How long will my order take to receive? |
|
Most orders leave our warehouse within 72 hours and are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. You will be offered a chance to wait a few days for the item to come back into stock, be offered a comparable item or to cancel your order. You may always log into your account to see the current status of your order. After your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also email us at questions@quovadisusa.com to get a status update.

| Articles will be accepted for credit, when returned in salable condition within fifteen days of purchase, and accompanied by the original invoice, for the full amount less shipping and handling charges. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. |
